Persian slang for sister ... and that's just what they are - Safoura and Melody Safavi.
Stockholm based, backed by a colourful crew of musicians, the two Abjeez present their own original brand of Persian world pop!
Their lyrics, often humorous and sometimes rebellious, are written in Farsi, but the expressive groove of the music and the Abjeez' dramatic delivery break down all language barriers to create a new synthesis of cultures.
Bahador Kharazmi

His T-shirts & garments are influenced by Iran's revolutionary characters like Mirza Koochek Khan & and others involved in the 1906 Iranian constitutional movement. He is now making it in New York's main street fashion outlets.
Alex Abedi
